Kids: Join us for fun yoga classes where we will practice yoga postures, play games, sing, dance and tell stories.
Parents: The goals of the Yoga Ed™ classes for children are as follows:

Teens: Build strong bones and muscles in a cardiovascular-enhancing class of flowing yoga postures.
Families: Celebrate yoga with the entire family and why not ask the neighbor’s over to make it even more affordable. These classes are especially helpful for families who are dealing with bereavement.
